1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and bdt66 (hereinafter referred to as "bdt66", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at bdt66.io.

By accessing the bdt66 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered through bdt66, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bdt66 platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by bdt66, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slot machines, virtual sports, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offerings. Additional terms specific to individual promotions, games, or product categories may apply alongside these Terms, and in the event of any conflict, the more specific terms shall prevail.

bdt66 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a bdt66 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdt66 enforces a strict minimum age policy and conducts identity verification checks to confirm player age before processing any withdrawal.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of placing any bet or participating in any game. Circumventing geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of any such person employed by bdt66 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, software providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the bdt66 platform or from any other gambling platform with which bdt66 has a shared exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register or problem gambling exclusion list applicable in Bangladesh.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of bdt66 products and services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, contact telephone number, and a valid email address.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) bdt66 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. bdt66 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, balances may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bdt66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to provide documentary verification of your identity, age, and residential address at any point during your use of the platform, and specifically before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Birth registration certificate (for age verification only)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification, dated within 90 days)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a request from bdt66 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. bdt66 will not process any withdrawal to a payment method that has not been verified as belonging to the account holder.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your bdt66 account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your personal details must be reported to the support team at [email protected] promptly. bdt66 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including where promotional communications or account security alerts are sent to an outdated contact address.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances on bdt66 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied to transactions made in BDT. The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds to and from your bdt66 account.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank transfers.
• Deposits are credited to your bdt66 account balance typically within a few minutes of confirmation. In cases of technical delay, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• bdt66 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from joint accounts are only permitted where you are a named account holder.
• bdt66 reserves the right to apply deposit limits to accounts where responsible gaming concerns have been identified, or where unusual transaction patterns suggest potential fraud or money laundering.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. bdt66 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• bdt66 targets withdrawal processing within 10–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within one to three business days for bank transfers, subject to the volume of pending requests and anti-money laundering review requirements.
• bdt66 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger anti-money laundering thresholds, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bdt66 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers, minimum odds, eligible game categories, and time limits are set out in the individual promotion terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from the wagering of bonus funds, once all wagering requirements have been satisfied, are eligible for withdrawal.
• Each promotion may specify minimum odds requirements for qualifying bets. Bets placed at odds below the minimum specified will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• bdt66 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have accepted the offer in good faith.
• Players who are suspected of abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting with bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional loopholes — may have their bonuses cancelled, winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended or closed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the bdt66 platform, including pre-match betting, in-play (live) betting, and accumulator (parlay) bets. By placing any bet on bdt66, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules.

6.1 Bet Placement & Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message from bdt66 stating that the bet has been accepted and displaying a unique bet reference number. bdt66 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Bets placed in error — including due to obvious pricing errors or technical malfunctions — may be voided by bdt66 regardless of the declared outcome of the event.

6.2 Obvious Errors

Where a betting market has been offered at odds that clearly do not reflect the true market value of the event — for example, where a decimal odds price is manifestly incorrect due to a data entry error or feed malfunction — bdt66 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price. Players will be notified of the void and their stakes will be returned in full.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are accepted up until the point at which bdt66's in-play markets are suspended ahead of a significant event (e.g., the delivery of a ball in cricket, a penalty kick in football, or the start of a set in tennis). Any bet accepted after the relevant in-play suspension point — for example, a bet placed on an outcome that has already occurred — will be voided, and the stake returned. bdt66 uses automated systems to prevent post-event bet acceptance, but manual review may also be conducted.

6.4 Settlement

All bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body: the International Cricket Council (ICC) and Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for cricket; FIFA and the relevant national football association for football; and equivalent bodies for other sports. bdt66 will settle markets as quickly as reasonably possible following the conclusion of the event. In the event of a disputed result, bdt66 may delay settlement pending official confirmation.

6.5 Voiding of Bets

bdt66 may void any bet, in whole or in part, under the following circumstances:

• The event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, and the relevant market rules do not provide for settlement on a partial result.
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption affecting the outcome of the event.
• The bet was placed on an event or market for which the player was ineligible under these Terms or any applicable promotional terms.
• The odds at which the bet was accepted were clearly erroneous.
• bdt66 is required to void the bet by a relevant regulatory authority or legal order.

7. Casino & Games

The bdt66 casino product includes live dealer tables, slot titles, virtual sports, and crash-style games sourced from third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following terms apply to all casino game activity on the bdt66 platform.

7.1 Game Rules

Each casino game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. bdt66 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

7.2 Random Number Generators

All non-live casino games (slots, virtual sports, RNG table games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been audited and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. The outcomes of RNG games are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the player, bdt66, or the game studio. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event that a player's internet connection is interrupted during an active casino game round, bdt66's system will continue to process the game round to its conclusion using the last valid action recorded from the player. Upon reconnection, the player will be able to view the outcome of the interrupted round and any corresponding credits or debits applied to their account. bdt66 accepts no liability for game interruptions caused by the player's internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.

7.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, the affected round will be voided and any stakes returned to the player. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. bdt66 is not liable for any losses — including anticipated winnings — arising from a game malfunction.

8. Account Security

The security of your bdt66 account is a shared responsibility. bdt66 employs 128-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform, supports two-factor authentication (2FA), and monitors login activity for suspicious patterns. However, the security of your login credentials is ultimately your responsibility.

• You must never share your bdt66 username, password, or account PIN with any other person, including bdt66 customer support agents. bdt66 will never ask for your password in any communication.
• You should always log out from your bdt66 account when using a shared, public, or borrowed device.
• You should enable two-factor authentication on your account to provide an additional layer of security against unauthorised access.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt66 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the bdt66 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from gambling decisions made using bdt66 products and services.
• Losses arising from delays in the processing of bets, deposits, or withdrawals due to technical failures outside of bdt66's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on statistical data, odds, or other information displayed on the platform, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute advice.

bdt66's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdt66 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, icons, images, audio and video content, software code, and game assets — is the intellectual property of bdt66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdt66 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bdt66 platform without the prior written permission of bdt66.

13. Termination

bdt66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player is found to have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• A player is found to have engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity in connection with their bdt66 account.
• A player is found to have attempted to circumvent the platform's technical security measures, geo-restrictions, or anti-money laundering controls.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to bdt66, other players, or third parties.
• bdt66 is required to close the account by a regulatory or legal authority.

Upon termination, any remaining verified balance (net of any bonus funds and pending winnings subject to active investigations) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable time period, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bdt66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be provided to players via email to the address registered on their account, or via a prominent notice on the bdt66 platform, no less than 14 days before the revised Terms take effect (except where changes are required urgently by law or regulatory requirement, in which case they may take effect immediately).

Your continued use of the bdt66 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not wish to accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between a player and bdt66, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting bdt66 customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate dispute resolution channels. bdt66 commits to handling all player complaints in good faith, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.
